Terms of Use

1. Using Arrowscape

By using Arrowscape, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the web game and its accounts, daily challenges, leaderboards and virtual items. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate consent that applicable law requires.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required for independent use of online services in your country. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, you may use the game only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and their agreement to these terms. Do not use features requiring parental authorization unless that authorization has been obtained.

2. Permission to play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. We and our licensors retain rights in the game, software, artwork, music, branding and other content. You may share rank images generated through the game’s sharing feature for personal use.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

3. Accounts and saved progress

Some features, including ranked daily play and cross-device saves, require an account. Use sign-in methods you are authorized to use, keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others or use someone else’s account without permission.

Guest progress is stored on your device and may be lost if site data is cleared, your browser removes storage or you change devices. Signed-in progress depends on successful synchronization. Offline activity may remain pending until verified by the server. We may reject invalid or inconsistent progress and correct balances or rankings affected by errors, cheating or duplicate claims.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not manipulate scores or rewards, tamper with requests or saved data to obtain an unfair benefit, exploit vulnerabilities, use automated play to distort rankings, evade limits or suspensions, attack the service, or interfere with other players. Do not use display names or support communications that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringe another person’s rights.

Report security issues privately to contact@hunkydory.studio. Do not access other players’ data or disrupt the service while investigating an issue.

5. Coins, items and daily challenges

Coins, hints, hearts, skins, stars and ranks are virtual game features. They are not money, property, financial instruments or cash prizes. They have no cash redemption value and may not be sold, traded or transferred outside the game. The current web version does not offer real-money purchases. Demo hint videos are simulated game interactions, not a promise of an advertising payment.

Rewards are governed by the rules shown in the game and by server validation. Daily challenges follow the game’s UTC schedule. A submitted completion may be rejected if it is late, incomplete or invalid. Rankings and rewards may be corrected when verification or error investigation requires it. The game may change reward amounts, challenge rules, item availability or progression, with notice where required. Any future real-money offer would need its own clearly displayed price and applicable terms.

6. Third-party services and sharing

Sign-in providers, hosting services, analytics services and destinations you choose for sharing operate under their own applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for services outside our control. Do not include private information in a public display name or shared image.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue features or the service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or other circumstances. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or that the game will always be free of errors. We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation where reasonably practicable or legally required.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the game at any time. To request deletion of an account, contact contact@hunkydory.studio; clearing browser storage or signing out alone does not delete it.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, cheating, security risks or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about a possible mistake. Ending access does not create a right to payment for virtual items.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an “as available” basis without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account, unsynced guest progress, third-party service failures, or misuse of the game, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. If you have a problem, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Please first send disputes or complaints to contact@hunkydory.studio. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes. These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive any mandatory right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. For material changes, we will give additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
