Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Hunkydory Studio, based in Tbilisi, Georgia, operates Arrowscape and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@hunkydory.studio.

2. Information we handle

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate the game; authenticate accounts; save and restore progress; run daily challenges and leaderboards; validate moves and reward claims; prevent cheating and abuse; diagnose problems; understand how the game is used; and respond to support or privacy requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, account and gameplay processing supports providing the service you request. Security, fraud prevention and service maintenance support our legitimate interests in operating a reliable game, subject to your rights. We also process information when necessary to meet legal obligations. Consent-based processing, where applicable, may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies and storage on your device

Arrowscape uses browser storage, including local storage and IndexedDB, for preferences, local progress, account sessions and queued changes. A service worker caches game files so normal levels can work offline. Clearing site data may sign you out and permanently remove guest progress or changes that have not synced.

Google Analytics uses cookies, including cookies beginning with _ga, to distinguish visits and understand usage. Analytics is separate from the game’s save system. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. We do not currently use the demo hint video to serve third-party advertising.

You can manage or block cookies in your browser, clear data for arrowscape.app, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Browser privacy controls and blockers may limit analytics. Clearing game storage also clears your local preferences and saves; signing out does not delete cloud data.

5. Who receives information

We use service providers to operate Arrowscape: Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security; Supabase for account authentication and database services; and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Your chosen sign-in provider also handles information under its own privacy policy.

Your display name, daily challenge result, completion time and ranking may be shown to other players on a leaderboard. If you choose to share a rank image, the service or person you share it with receives that image and the accompanying text.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice where required. We do not sell personal information or provide it to advertising networks for cross-site targeted advertising.

Learn more from Cloudflare, Supabase, and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

6. International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside Georgia or your home country. Applicable protections may differ between countries. Where required, international transfers must use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and server-side validation. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your sign-in account and device secure.

7. How long information is kept

Account information, progress and inventory are kept to maintain your account and saves. Gameplay, reward and security records may be needed to validate progress, investigate abuse and resolve disputes. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related issues. Provider logs and analytics records follow their configured retention settings. Local data remains on your device until you or your browser remove it.

You may request account or personal-data deletion by email. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal claims. Backups may retain copies until they are replaced under the relevant backup cycle. We do not promise that deleting browser data removes server records.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request portability. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in Georgia or your jurisdiction.

To make a request, email contact@hunkydory.studio with the subject “Arrowscape privacy request”. Please identify the account or device information relevant to the request without sending passwords or access tokens. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions.

9. Younger players

Arrowscape is a general-audience game and is not intended for children under 13. You must also meet any higher minimum age required for independent use of an online service in your country. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to the Terms of Use with you. Where parental authorization for personal-data processing is required, do not create an account or provide personal information without it.

If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the game, our practices or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of significant changes where required. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@hunkydory.studio.
